1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us – Email info@flupar.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

Ship the Item Back – Once approved, send the item to the provided return address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
